Buy by post - Buy on-line - Buy from a bookshop - Trade orders We welcome your order by post, on-line (by PayPal or through Willow Books) or you can support your local bookshop. All prices in these pages are in pounds sterling.
BUY BY POST Postage. We do not charge postage on orders despatched to UK or European addresses but other overseas orders should add £1.00 per book towards the extra cost of postage. Orders will be despatched by airmail to Europe, otherwise surface mail. Email us for the cost of air mail (do not phone as it takes time to work it out). Returns policy. In the unlikely event of you receiving a book that is not in good condition, or not that ordered, we will replace it immediately and refund your postage. We do not, however, send books on approval. If you want to pay direct into our bank account please email us for the requisite details. Whichever way you order, we will normally despatch your order within a few days and post free for the UK and Europe. Orders sent direct to us are usually despatched within a few days and are carefully packaged.
An order form for you to print out and post to us is here for your convenience. Payment must be by sterling cheque or British Postal Order payable to Twelveheads Press.
We have an account with PayPal, which enables secure on-line payments with or without a credit or debit card. Use the relevant buttons to order this way, ensuring that not only do you tell us what books you want but also give your name and address. All payments must be in sterling.
If you prefer you can order our books from Willow Books, here in Cornwall, who stock all our titles, and who accept credit cards on-line. The red Buy On-line buttons in these pages, following the detail of each of our books, take you direct to the appropriate page in their catalogue. From there you follow through their ordering process. Willow Books also stock a wide range of Cornish books and all are available on-line. Orders placed in this way are subject to the terms of Willow Books.
If you prefer to deal with a bookshop you will find that any good bookshop in the UK can obtain our books for you. In Cornwall and Devon we are stocked by many good bookshops and the Heritage series are stocked by most major tourist attractions in Cornwall, including National Trust shops. Elsewhere in the UK specialist railway, maritime and mining bookshops stock many of our titles. We do encourage you to support your local independent bookshop.
We send out irregular mailings by post advising of new titles, etc., and will gladly add names to our list. Write or email with your name and address and your interests. We do not maintain an email mailing list nor do we pass on addresses to other parties, so you will not get spam or junk from us.
